About Our Stocks

Although we check our inventory as needed, we sell our products at our stores in Japan at the same time, and because we are unable to synchronize our inventory data with eBay, there may be cases where the actual product is not in stock after you place your order.
In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will do our best to provide you with a substitute, but please understand that your order will be cancelled if we do not have the item after your order as "a buyer requested a cancellation".

Cancellation

- We are generally unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please ensure you check your registered address on eBay before placing your order. You cannot change your address after purchase.
We ask for your understanding as we have recently seen an increase in fraudulent claims that the registered address was incorrect after an order has been placed.

Returns

- Returns will only be accepted if the condition, function, authenticity or design of the received goods objectively differs from the photos and descriptions on this eBay item page, and only within 30 days of receipt.
Returns in such cases will be handled in good faith and the return shipping costs will be borne by us.

- Returns will not be accepted if the item does not meet your personal preferences (e.g., you simply don't like it) or if the size is accurate as described but does not suit your fit.
Such cases are considered the customer's responsibility, and returns will not be processed.- Returns must be in the same condition as when the goods arrived and with all accessories. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used by you. (The shipping package is of course not included in this scope).

Shipping

- We ship out your items within 3-5 business days after your payment.
- We ship worldwide mainly via ebay SpeedPak FedEx or DHL (basically 2-3 business days delivery, with insurance & tracking).
- We ship only to the address registered on ebay is valid as the shipping address.

Payments

We only accept ebay managed payments. You need to pay immediately after your order.

Taxes etc.

For the US customers
Now, the tariffs and VAT are included in the item price. You will not be required to pay any amount beyond what you paid on eBay.
For the non-US customers

Tariffs, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other import taxes or fees (including any carrier handling or processing fees) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not know the exact amount that may apply (as it depends entirely on your country's customs rules, item value, classification, and current regulations) and cannot provide any estimates.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs, and we will not cover or reimburse them under any circumstances.
